Junior Penguins
What is a Jr. Penguin?
- Typically swimmers aged 4-6 who CANNOT yet swim one full length (25 yards) of the pool unassisted. Swimmer must have previous swim lesson experience and be able to swim a flag's length with minimal assistance.
- Jr. Penguins will swim in “Mini” meets as they advance. There are 2 planned mini meets this season.
Jr. Penguin Practice Schedule (Check Dates Carefully)
After School Practices (DeKalb schools still in session) Starting Monday 5/17 through Wed 5/26 3:45-4:30 PM (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday only)
Regular Morning Practices (DeKalb schools out for the Summer): Starting Wed 6/3 through Friday 6/25 10:15- 11AM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday only)
Due to limited space, there are no regular season summer evening practices for Junior Penguins
