Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

6:00-7:00 all 10&Under

7:00-8:00 all 11 and Up

Please be flexible. They are depending on the number of swimmers we have registered. If changes need to be made, they will remain within the above time frame. If numbers are low we will combine the practices.
