How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.

Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.

Swimmer Signup

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
  • (undeclared)
  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options (if offered).
• Click Save to record your choices.

Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.

How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

You should see the list of Members for your family, and underneath that list are the Upcoming events.  Select the swim meet from that list.

Swimmer Signup

• In the Attendance section, click the Meet Signup button, and then click the Edit button under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options (if offered).
• Click Save to record your choices.

Job Signup

• Click the Job Signup button.
• Click the Sign up for Jobs button under the family member you would like to assign to a job
• Check the box(es) next to the job(s) to assign for that family member.
• Scroll to the bottom of the list and click the Save Assignments button.
• Repeat for any additional family members you would like to sign up.
• When you are done, you will see the list of jobs associated with each family member.  Click the x in the top-left corner of the screen to close that page and return to the Meet Overview.  To get back to the main page, click the Home button at the top-left corner.
